Osaamistavoitteet

After completing the course the student is able to:
- understand the basic concepts related to hydraulics
- recognize typical hydraulic systems, as well as what components they consist of
- explain the basics of flow technology, based on which the student develops an understanding of the dimensioning of hydraulic components and systems
- read system diagrams
- understand the basic knowledge of hydraulic power transmission
- to design and dimension simple systems.

- the basics of flow technology
- the basic concepts of machine control
- operation of hydraulic equipment (pumps, motors, valves)
- hydraulic power transmission, system types and comparison with other forms of power transmission.
