Upon completing the course, the student will be able to:
- Describe the key content of Finnish dietary guidelines and apply the knowledge in practice.
- Explain how Finns eat and identify the key challenges in their diet.
- Define the significance of nutritional services in promoting well-being.
- Identify the main special diets and apply the knowledge in food services.
- Recognize reliable nutritional communication and gather information from trustworthy sources.
- Measure dietary adherence and analyze its quality in relation to nutritional recommendations
