Osaamistavoitteet

Upon completing the course, the student will be able to:
- Briefly tell about their work and work tasks in Finnish.
- Discuss in person and communicate via e-mail in easy situations at work or studies: to ask, to answer and suggest things.
- Know the appropriate way of communicating in different situations of Finnish culture.
- Understand and produce simple texts in their area of expertise.
- Use customer service phrases in easy situations in the tourism and hospitality industry and strengthen vocabulary skills

- Vocabulary and themes e.g.: Work and studies, Finnish culture and taking care of official matters, e.g. at the bank, customer service in tourism and hospitality industry
- Finnish structures in the level A2, e.g.: time tenses, conditional tence, passive tence, plurar, word types.
