Learning methods include lectures and exercises in class together with independent studying according to the instructions.
The primary completion method is attending the lessons and taking the exams.
The assessment (on a grading scale 0-5) is based on the exams and the assignments. Both the written and spoken skills will be assessed and graded separately, and these grades will form the basis of the student's degree in Swedish (so called virkamiesruotsi).
Alternative implementation methods
A language level test can be arranged so that the student can prove their skills in Swedish (both oral and written) being on the level of grade 4 or 5.

Materials
Field-specific texts and exercises provided in the Moodle learning environment. Written and oral assignments. Online material.

The grades 1-3 signify the student's fair knowledge of Swedish whereas the grades 4-5 signify good knowledge of Swedish.
