The student is able to
- describe the ethical principles of the social sector and know the main regulations governing professional practices
- work with clients in a goal-oriented manner and know the client work process in social services
- build a confidential, goal-oriented and interactive relationship with clients
- support and guide clients in a dialogic, solution-focused and resource-oriented interaction relationship
- reflect one’s own practices and analyse them from the viewpoint of background theories in client work
- assess and develop one’s own interaction skills and apply the principles of plain language in interaction and communication
