- know the most common clinical chemistry tests and their importance in patient care
- can perform clinical chemistry tests in accordance with the clinical laboratory testing process
- knows how to take venous and capillary blood samples using different sampling techniques
- can explain the principles of the determination methods and use method information when evaluating the reliability of the results
- knows how to use information technology as part of the sample testing process
- can assess the quality of the entire clinical laboratory testing process
- knows the principles of patient and work safety in the clinical chemistry laboratory and knows how to act in accordance with them
- can take into account the principles of sustainable development
