Objectives
After completing the course, the student

- can evaluate and develop their own conversation, negotiation and interaction skills, both with customers and
in work community situations and recognizes the principles of dialogic interaction
- Can work in a multidisciplinary work group, understanding its importance from the perspective of individuals, organizations and society.
- knows how to reliably use the methods of physiotherapeutic research
- can analyze conclusions from the client's research situation and the physiotherapy diagnosis in a controlled manner
- knows how to draw up concrete and measurable physiotherapy goals in a controlled manner
- knows how to use different teaching and guidance methods in group guidance situations
- knows how to prepare learning goals for practice and utilizes the feedback he receives and knows how to do
self-assessment
- can give first aid
- knows how to resuscitate and use a defibrillator

Contents
- Internship in physiotherapy units (7.5 credits)
- First aid (1.5 credits) (first aid as part of the care chain, actions in the event of an accident, basic CPR PPE-D
and first aid for illnesses and injuries)
- Meeting the customer / interactive communication (1 credit)
