Project Management provides with knowledge of the generally accepted project management areas. The student learns to apply common project management processes, methods and techniques. As a frame of reference is used the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Cesim Project simulation as teamwork

Student has an opportunity to participate in the IPMA (International Project Management Association) Foundation Certificate exam without a fee.
