Learning objectives

The student is able to
- describe the importance of administrative, legal and financial framework to management and leadership
- describe the key future changes and their impact on client work in the social services system
- understand the basics of financial planning
- understand the role of quality management and in-house control
- analyse organisational operations and areas for development as well as use creative problem-solving skills to develop new work practices
- develop client-oriented services using different methods and research data
