Learning objectives

The student is able to
- promote and maintain well-being, the client’s right to good service and social security in accordance with sustainable development in the global world
- produce and analyze information about clients' needs and their societal connections using structural social work methods
- reduce inequality and promote participation and client equality regarding services
- know future anticipation methods in social services and develop digital and technology-based services as part of work in social sector
- know the possibilities of project work in civic engagement activities in the development of the social field

- orientation and work practices of structural social work from the perspective of different client groups
- assessment of impact in the social sector
- sustainable development in social services
- anticipation methods in social sector
- social reporting
- utilization of digital services and technology-based services in social and health care (e.g. robotics, artificial intelligence)
- project work and civic engagement activities
