Student recognizes the importance and possibilities of international tourism in Finland. The student knows the most important and potential tourism generating countries and areas of international incoming tourists traveling to Finland. The student knows the competitive situation in different tourism generating areas, recognizes different customer profiles, and is able to plan services to fit the needs of chosen market area. The student is able to evaluate the impacts and trends of international tourism.
