Osaamistavoitteet

The objective of all courses concerning supply chain processes is to gain insight into supply chain and logistics processes, their material, information and cash flows. By the end of supply chain courses students will be able to analyze, develop and manage supply chain processes both on operational and strategic level as a vital part of successful business.
The course Materials Management begins the studies of supply chain management by forming a clear understanding of supply chain's entity and objectives. The students will concentrate on general view of internal material flow, warehouse management systems, and operative warehouse technologies as a part of company's logistic processes. By the end of this course they are able to operate, analyze, develop and manage both internal material flow processes and technologies according to most modern theories and techniques.
