Learning objectives

The main goal of the course is to familiarize the students in the strategies and implementation of modern business cooperation networks. After the course the students are able to analyze, develop and manage business and demand-supply chain processes from the viewpoint of networking. The competence goal of this course is also to help the future business managers and experts to understand, analyze, innovate and develop, implement and sustain cooperation strategies and concepts for effective and competitive networks not only for supply chains but also in customer, innovation, technology, knowhow and competence management as well as when managing business environments.
