Osaamistavoitteet

The student analyses and compares the unique situations of people living in different cultures and can observe the needs of social interventions. S/he realizes the meaning of social and regional structures in life situations of families, learns to understand the mechanisms of becoming a client at individual, communal, local, regional and social levels in different cultures. The student recognizes his/her strengths and challenges for developing professional skills in responsible work with clients in multicultural work situations and understands the significance of systematic and target oriented work.
