After completing the course student:
- understand the principles of the analytical and examination methods used
- is able to conduct guided basic examinations using theoretical knowledge and following the steps of the clinical laboratory testing process
- knows the principles of sample testing process/patient examination process quality management and is able to apply them in evaluating the quality of the results
- knows the principles of occupational and patient safety and follows them in working
