Contents: Portuguese horse industry, one welfare in equine sector in Europe
Online meetings before and after the IC: 3-4 before IC, one after IC. The length of each meeting is about one hour.
Pretask: groupwork with national team and its online presentation
During IC: Short lectures to facilitate the groupwork, international groupwork, study visits, groupwork presentations

Student workload

3 credits correspond to 81 hours of work, which includes:

40 hours of lectures, group work, and studyvisits during the intensive course
11 hours of independent work: familiarization with the topic
10 hours of independent work: review of foundational concepts
10 hours of group work: pre-tasks
10 hours of personal assignments and evaluation
