After the course student

- Is able to describe the importance of the work of a biomedical laboratory scientist in patient care and health promotion

- Is able to justify performed laboratory examinations and used diagnostic methods

- Is able to interpret the obtained results and use of the results in patient care or health prevention

- Increase intercultural awareness and competence in biomedical laboratory science.

Sisältö

BLS students will participate in a one-week biomedical research project. In groups of different European students, they work on the biomedical project and participate in extracurricular and virtual component (orientation, pre-tasks for the intensive week, project group selection and practical issues).
