Teaching methods

By completing the course, the student will learn how to create a project schedule, and control and manage a project in an effective way using appropriate tools.

Basics about project management
Basic use of Microsoft's Project software: creating a new project, filling in the basic information, user interface and views, work breakdown structure control, resourcing, cost control, tracking the project, reporting.
Other software may be included

Course is done and evaluated via exercises that are mainly done during the classes.
All exercises must be passed in order to get the course grade.
There is no exam.
