Teaching methods
Execution Project Control and Management provides with knowledge of the generally accepted project management areas. The student learns to apply common project management processes, methods and techniques.
Cesim Project Simulation is an important part of the course and the student gains in-depth skills for project planning, execution and control as well as teamwork. The student participates actively as a team member in the simulation process, including project planning, project reporting and seminar presentation.
Course grade is based 50 % on the Cesim Project Simulation and 50 % on the exam that will be held in the end of the course.
The exam is IPMA Foundation Certification exam that is organized in December. Hence, it is possible to obtain IPMA Project Management Foundation Certificate for free. This certification is internationally recognized and is a valuable content in the student's CV.
